The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority, in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide, is proud to provide this free resource, and available to all hospitality employees. These online webinars are offered for employees in both Frontline and Leadership roles, with training conducted by a Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer. Digital Badges are issued upon successful participation.

This free interactive session will focus on Accountability, Best Practices, Delivering Effective Pre-Shifts,
and Developing a Service Culture.

This is a 90-minute session followed by a 15-minute Q&A with your Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer.


3:30PM - 4:30PM


This free interactive session will provide tools to guide employees as to how to "capture golden nuggets" and how to exude pride while focusing on guest name usage as part of their daily interactions.

This is a 60-minute session followed by a 15-minute Q&A with your Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer.
