  The following Miami Begins with Me Certification Classes are now available!

Location: Miami International Airport (MIA)

Miami Begins with Me Certification Classes at MIA entail completing four (4) one-hour training sessions. Classes may be taken in any order and over any one-year period of time. MIA classes include breakfast and lunch.


Location: Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau Office
(Note: this location is only available to GMCVB Partners.)

GMCVB Partner Certification classes will take place monthly as one (1) three-hour course.


Location: Miami Dade College
Registration is now open to the public!
Dates:

Miami Dade College classes will take place Saturdays and be presented as one (1) three-hour course.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will receive a Miami Begins with Me Certificate and Rewards Packet that includes special offers from progam partners and a chance to win a cruise for 2 out of PortMiami!

As the official sales and marketing organization for Greater Miami and the Beaches, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is responsible for bringing millions of people to our wonderful destination.

Fact: Tourism is our #1 industry and one out of every five Miami area households earns a living in hospitality.

In order to continue to attract visitors, the GMCVB needs to ensure that our level of customer service is the best it can be. By evaluating the level of customer service in hotels, restaurants, taxis and the airport we hope to achieve this goal.

Members of Greater Miami and the Beaches' hospitality community have reviewed key service behaviors to help define a new standard. We can all use these key service behaviors to show people that we care:
